About Me

Hi! I’m Kimberley, a trainer with a background in Health & Social Care. I’ve previously been a full-time trainer for St John Ambulance Cymru for 5 years, delivering the face-to-face and online MHFA courses and awareness courses. I went on to become the Internal Training Manager, but now I’ve decided to get back to being hands-on and to venture into Freelance training! I can’t wait to get back to delivering Mental Health First Aid; it’s a subject I’m so enthusiastic and passionate about, having lots of relevant experience to bring to the conversation. I’ve seen first-hand the damage that negative stigma around Mental Health can do, so I’m keen to be a part of improving Mental Health knowledge as much as I possibly can!
