    Training is essential to equip people with tools, understanding and confidence to deal with all kinds of mental ill-health and wellbeing issues. Given the current climate in the UK surrounding mental health, the likelihood of encountering issues both personally, and professionally is almost guaranteed.

    Mental Health First Aid Wales offer private counselling sessions to individuals and via Employee Assistance Programmes. Sessions can be face to face, over the telephone or via Zoom video call.

    Advocacy is defined as taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain services they need. Advocates and advocacy providers work in partnership with the people they support and take their side. Advocacy promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice.
