About Me

I am a qualified lecturer/teacher, with a background in delivering in Higher Education, Further Education and Community Education. My in-depth experience includes delivering (and designing) a variety of courses that support motivate and deliver transformative outcomes to adults. My educational philosophy is based on the concept that education enhances the hopes and aspirations of all members of society. As such programmes that support and enhance the lives of all are areas I focus on.
Like many other practitioners involved in MHFA, I have suffered from poor mental health and have a very strong awareness of the impact this can have on health, employment and social interactions.
Digital delivery is an area in which I specialise and use these skills to deliver online courses on behalf of Adult Learning Wales and am therefore able to cover all areas of Wales.
