I have been delivering theses amazing courses for 5 years now, I am an ex serviceman who has suffered with Mental illness (PTSD, Clinical depression) and attempted to end my life. If it wasn’t for intervention I would not be here today and this is the reason why i am so passionate about this course. I am a PTSD councilor aimed at ex servicemen and women to encourage people to talk and seek help, This course will give you confidence to intervene and help someone even if they dont know they need it.
