Mental Health First Aid Wales offer private counselling sessions to individuals and via Employee Assistance Programmes. Sessions can be face to face, over the telephone or via Zoom video call.

Advocates and advocacy providers work in partnership with the people they support and take their side. Advocacy promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice.
MHFA Wales develop and deliver high quality, research and evidence based mental health training. We hold the license for Mental Health First Aid in Wales and directly train, license and support all instructors who deliver who deliver MHFA in Wales.
