About Me

Tony has been delivering Mental Health First Aid since 2014 and is now a MHFA Wales National Instructor as well as a MHFA trainer. Based in South Wales he has his own training company. In addition to MHFA Tony has, since 2011, delivered the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) which is an internationally recognised intensive two day suicide intervention course and also Suicide Awareness and Mental Health Awareness training. He is also a trainer for the Samaritans in regard to their portfolio of training courses. Prior to 2013 Tony was employed as a Counsellor with a local branch of a well known Mental Health charity and a manager of volunteers aimed at assisting people back into education, employment and/or volunteering positions.
