About Me

I am a very experienced educator, having successfully delivered both adult and youth MHFA to hundreds of participants across Wales since 2013, including NHS, Public Health Wales, County Councils, Coleg Cambria, Bridgend college, RAF St Athans and Airbus.
I have also co-written and delivered a pioneering National Wales level 3 qualification ” Wellbeing in Nature”, training nature based wellbeing practitioners.
I have delivered presentations at numerous conferences throughout Wales , England and Canada.
MSc in ” Mental health recovery and social inclusion” and have been studying for a PHd ” recovery in psychosis” since 2020.
