Bethan Roberts

About Me

Bethan is passionate about MHFA and mental health and well being training generally. She has been a MHFA Wales Instructor since 2008 and has delivered hundreds of courses in Wales across a wide variety of organisations including local authorities, the Welsh Government, Civil Service Departments, Fire and Rescue Services, Universities (including Cardiff, Cardiff Met and Bangor), the National Museum of Wales, Trade Unions, various third sector organisations as well as Insurance companies in the private sector. As well as teaching courses on mental health, Bethan is also a Mindfulness teacher and teacher trainer and has a long-standing commitment to promoting wellbeing and recovery.
