About Me

Hi there! I’m Beth and I have been delivering MHFA courses for 18 months. I also have a counselling qualification, have a keen interest in both self help and psychology. I have had my own mental health struggles and my experiences really help me to relate to learners and people who may need my help as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
