About Me

I live and breathe mental health and am fascinated by how we build a healthy mind. I’m a multi-disciplined Therapist, Life Coach, Workplace Mental Fitness and Resilience Trainer and public speaker. I am also, the author of The Resilience Template – 7 Steps to Improve Your Mental Health. I have also written Beeston, The Anxious Pup to share effective tools with children. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (amongst several therapeutic modalities) and, have over 30 years experience working in pastoral and therapeutic roles and am here to help people improve awareness and management of mental health issues. We all have mental health and we all have times when it is impacted by the challenges and difficulties in life; my role is to help people understand what is happening to them when they experience stress and anxiety and to equip them with tools and techniques to manage the symptoms they experience.

My own three drivers are: childhood trauma, chronic back pain and insomnia following a head injury. It is never to late to take action and to become proactive rather than reactive. If you would like to know more please get in touch.
