I have over 25 years experience working in pastoral and therapeutic roles and am here to help people improve awareness and management of mental health issues. We all have mental health and we all have times when it is impacted by the challenges and difficulties in life; my role is to help people understand what is happening to them when they experience stress and anxiety and to equip them with tools and techniques to override the symptoms they experience.
