About Me
With over five years as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) practitioner and a decade of international experience in recruitment, I bring a deep understanding of people, their challenges, and the power of meaningful support.
I spent my early career working as a midwife before moving into HR. To date, my career has allowed me the opportunity to work globally with individuals from diverse backgrounds, giving me a unique perspective on the importance of mental well-being in both professional and personal settings.
As an MHFA trainer, I am passionate about equipping individuals and organisations with the tools to recognise, respond to, and support mental health challenges. My background in recruitment has sharpened my ability to connect with people, foster psychologically safe workplaces, and drive conversations that reduce stigma. I believe that creating mentally healthy environments isn’t just about policies—it’s about people, awareness, and action.
Through engaging training sessions, real-world insights, and a people-first approach, I empower individuals to become confident, compassionate, and proactive in supporting mental health. Whether it’s within corporate settings, community groups, or leadership teams, my goal is to make a lasting impact—one conversation at a time.
