About Me
I am an experienced freelance learning and development professional based in South East Wales. During the pandemic I was lucky enough to work as part of an award winning team delivering personal and team resilience programmes to front line care workers across Wales. I loved the work, it drew me in, it was gritty, rewarding and filled me with purpose. Building on from this experience I became accredited to deliver certified Mental Health First Aid for Adults here in Wales, both virtually and face to face. As well as certified MHFA programmes I offer Mental Health Awareness and Personal/Leadership/Career Resilience workshops. I routinely work with Leaders and Teams and in addition to MHFA am also a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner and Talent Predix Practitioner.
