About Me
David was a primary school headteacher for 23 years. He has worked in a range of challenging contexts leading schools to great success. He has always been committed to the development of positive dispositions to learning, growth mindset approaches, learner and staff wellbeing, recognising the importance of positive emotional wellbeing and mental health.
David is the proud and poor father of Rhys and the exhausted carer of Misty the crazy Beagle
David has a wide range of interests including musical theatre, Queen and Take That and is a keen follower of football, golf and most other sports if he isn’t wheezing through a painful jog.
David is able to work throughout Wales and in both Welsh and English
