About Me

I am a behavior change specialist, life coach and social worker, with training and development experience. My diversity of skills and experiences encompasses areas such as empowerment coaching, mental health first aid training, public speaking, counselling and teaching. As a skilled trainer/facilitator, I am adept with groups and individuals: having worked with children, families, cooperate groups and one on one with a various other audiences. I describe myself as dynamic, empathetic, thoughtful and creative. I hold masters degrees in Clinical Social Work & Communications for Social and Behaviour Change. I am an author of a children’s story book, I also write and perform poetry.
