About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a MHFA (Wales) trainer and have delivered training to many organisations including public organisations, housing associations, law firms and the NHS.
I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and executive coach, as well as a qualified higher education lecturer and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I have led teams to deliver excellent people outcomes, recognised through a range of national award and in his spare time volunteers as a Magistrate (JoP).

I began his career at Enterprise Rent a Car, managing branches in Cardiff and Bridgend developing and leading high performing teams. To fulfil a lifelong ambition, in 2009, I graduated from Royal Air Force College Cranwell with distinction and was commissioned into the RAF as a specialist Personnel Support Officer. I have undertaken various HR, L&D, and leadership and management roles, including a deployment to Afghanistan during the conflict in 2013, overseeing HR activity for the Joint Helicopter Force as well as overseeing the assurance of HR activity for the RAF and leading L&D activity at the Defence School of Personnel Training. On leaving the RAF in 2018, I joined Cardiff & Vale College where he led the Learning & Organisational Development Team, responsible for the design and delivery of CIPD, HR, leadership, and mental health courses across the Cardiff Capital Region. I later went on become Head of People Development within a large NHS Trust in South Wales, with a focus on talent management, performance management, and leadership development equipping staff with the skills, knowledge, and leadership ability to fulfil their potential. In 2024, I set up his own L&D consultancy with a focus on mental health and wellbeing and I am Associate Assessor and Trainer for the CIPD.
