About Me
I’ve been delivering MHFA courses in Wales for a few years. I’m passionate about mental health and really enjoy delivering these courses. It’s great to see how courses like this can give us skills to look out for the mental health of each other, as well as ourselves. I’ve been counselling for fifteen years, from working with the Festival Samaritans, to volunteering with Cruse, working with staff and students at Cardiff Uni, and as a Staff Counsellor in the Civil Service. I also founded Office Om, which helps people in the workplace look after their wellbeing at work, and beyond.
